Privacy Policy

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, and an optional phone number.
• Content you create: comments and support messages.
• Technical data: session cookies and, only with your consent, privacy-friendly analytics.

Your first name, last name, email, and phone number are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with scrypt and never stored in plaintext. Email addresses are indexed with a keyed HMAC (a blind index) so we can look them up without decrypting the table.

• To provide the members area, authenticate you, and secure your account.
• To send transactional email (magic links, password resets, email-change confirmations).
• To respond to support requests and review error reports you submit.
• With consent, to measure aggregate site usage and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors that help us operate the site: a hosting/database provider (Vercel and Neon), an email provider (Resend), file storage (Vercel Blob), and — only after you accept cookies — analytics (Vercel Analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under their terms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. See our GDPR page for how to exercise them. You can update your name, email, and phone, or sign out of all devices, from your Account page.

We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after account closure, except where we must retain records to comply with law.
